Privacy Policy
Livin Digital ("we", "us") is an independent app studio operated by Shannon Garrison. This Privacy Policy applies to the following mobile applications published by Livin Digital: Relax Crosswords, Word Search Bliss, Max Mana: Idle Clicker RPG, and QuickGig: Local Gigs & Jobs (each, an "App"). By using any App you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account data: Most of our Apps do not require you to create an account. QuickGig may collect a display name, email address, and profile information you choose to provide in order to connect you with local gig opportunities.
Gameplay & app data (games): For Relax Crosswords, Word Search Bliss, and Max Mana, your puzzle progress, scores, streaks, statistics and settings are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
Location data (QuickGig only): QuickGig requests approximate or precise location to show you gigs and jobs near you. Location is used only within the app and is not sold or shared with third parties except as described in Section 4.
AI puzzle themes (Relax Crosswords): If you use the "Create an AI puzzle" feature, the theme text you type is sent to our server and a third-party AI provider to generate a word list. Please do not enter personal information as a theme.
Device & usage data: Our Apps and service providers may automatically receive technical information such as device type, operating system, language, approximate location derived from IP address, crash reports, and general usage statistics.
2. Advertising
Relax Crosswords, Word Search Bliss, and Max Mana: Idle Clicker RPG are free and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect and use your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and app-interaction data to show and measure ads, including interstitial ads and optional rewarded videos.
QuickGig does not display ads.
Where required by law you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown. You can limit ad tracking or reset your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings (iOS: Settings › Privacy › Tracking; Android: Settings › Google › Ads). 3. How We Use Information
We use information to operate and improve our Apps, generate puzzles you request, show you relevant local gigs (QuickGig), display ads that keep our games free, diagnose crashes, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run our Apps (advertising networks such as Google AdMob, AI generation providers, hosting and analytics providers), when required by law, or to protect our rights. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Local gameplay data stays on your device until you reset progress in Settings or uninstall the App. Profile data in QuickGig is retained until you delete your account or contact us to request deletion. You may contact us at any time to request deletion of information you believe relates to you.
6. Children
Our Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR or California under CCPA/CPRA) you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information and to opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise these rights contact us using the details below.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will change and, for material changes, we will provide notice within the relevant App.
