Terms of Use & EULA

This End User License Agreement and Terms of Use ("Agreement") is between you and Livin Digital, 112 Titus Valley Rd, Hiawassee, GA 30546, USA ("we", "us"). It applies to the following mobile applications published by Livin Digital: Relax Crosswords, Word Search Bliss, Max Mana: Idle Clicker RPG, and QuickGig: Local Gigs & Jobs (each, an "App"). By downloading or using any App you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our Apps on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to this Agreement and the rules of the app store from which you obtained the App.

2. Ownership

Our Apps, including puzzles, clues, artwork, music, sound effects, text and software, are owned by Livin Digital or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, sell or create derivative works from any App; interfere with ads or the services that support the Apps; use bots or automated tools; post unlawful, hateful or infringing content; or misuse QuickGig to post fraudulent gig listings.

4. Free Apps, Advertising & Purchases

Relax Crosswords is free of charge with no in-app purchases. It is supported by advertising including optional rewarded videos that grant in-game hints.

Word Search Bliss is free to download and play. It is supported by advertising, including optional rewarded videos that grant in-game hints, and offers an optional one-time "Remove Ads" purchase. This purchase is final and non-refundable except where required by law or app store policy. In-game items (hints, streaks, ranks) have no monetary value and may be changed or reset at our discretion.

Max Mana: Idle Clicker RPG is free to download and play. It offers optional one-time purchases that unlock additional content. These purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or app store policy. In-game items (mana, upgrades, ranks) have no monetary value outside the App and may be changed or reset at our discretion.

QuickGig: Local Gigs & Jobs is free to download and use. It offers optional one-time purchases that unlock additional features. These purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or app store policy. QuickGig does not display ads.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated puzzles in Relax Crosswords are produced automatically from the theme you enter. We do not review them in advance and cannot guarantee their accuracy or suitability. Please report any problematic content to us.

6. QuickGig Listings

Gig and job listings in QuickGig are posted by users. We do not verify the accuracy of listings and are not responsible for arrangements made between users. Use your own judgment and take appropriate safety precautions when meeting people or accepting gigs.

7. Updates & Availability

We may update, change, or discontinue any App or feature at any time without liability. Offline features in our games remain playable without a connection. Online features (daily puzzles, AI generation, QuickGig listings) require an internet connection and may be changed or discontinued.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Apps will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIVIN DIGITAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN US DOLLARS (US$10).

10. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach it. Upon termination you must stop using and delete the relevant App. Sections 2, 8, 9 and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. App Store Terms

If you obtained an App from Apple's App Store or Google Play, their standard terms also apply. Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for our Apps.
